The mission of TOPX is to create a unique network and a high-quality personal empowerment & career development event for women in Life Sciences, who are seeking advancement in leadership, management or entrepreneurial roles in industry or academia.
 
With the TOPX Summit, we want to encourage and empower female professionals in Life Sciences to take on leadership roles, to make valuable connections and to rise to the top.
 
The programme featured inspiring, strong and successful women who are willing to share their struggles, challenges and lessons learned. We also hosted panel discussions with biotech executives to fuel the transition to more inclusive and diverse management teams. The setting created an intimate atmosphere in which women feel encouraged to discuss topics and ask questions that are very relatable to female professionals. The programme also included workshops and sessions focused on improving soft skills, building and managing ones professional image, becoming a better manager and mentor and finding and creating ones place in the sector.
