The importance of allyship in empowering women to succeed in their career

Women’s Leadership & Inclusion is an important topic within the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategy of Johnson & Johnson. Johnson & Johnson and TOPX are therefore proud  to announce that Kris Sterkens and Nicoline van Leersum will provide the keynote presentation on the opening day of the TOPX Summit on 22 September. They will discuss the importance of allyship, and how this can help to empower and support women to take on and succeed in senior positions. From their own experience they will talk about overcoming unconscious bias and stereotyping, and how the pandemic has influenced the journey to gender equity.
