Vibeke Didriksen joined Genmab in 2019 as the Senior Director for Global Talent Management, as of May 2021 she became the VP of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Ms. Didriksen has extensive experience in the biotech industry and in growth companies within areas such as leadership development, L&D strategy, DE&I strategy, global processes and implementation. Prior to joining Genmab, Ms. Didriksen held leadership roles in the Biotech and medical devise industries. She received her Master´s degree in HRM from Copenhagen Business School and has also acted as counselor and external lecture at Copenhagen Business Scholl and South Danish University.
