Maryana acted as an Interim Head of Finance and IT by leading the finance function across FP&A, Reporting, Treasury, Tax, Procurement, IT, Internal Control, and Investor Relations. She served as key financial partner to the CEO and senior leadership in managing rapid operational growth, implemented and optimized financial infrastructure (systems and processes) in line with scalable growth. Maryana has the ability to think strategically, develop and implement financial strategies to drive the company's strategic requirements and profitability while meeting business objectives. She has in-depth knowledge and experience in corporate finance, strategic operations, IT security, data governance, internal audit, risk management, internal control, and investigations. Maryana is self-motivated and has flexible approach with strong initiative and integrity with entrepreneurial hands-on mindset and solve complex issues and communicate effectively. She is a team leader who builds and coaches teams and encourages positive culture and effortlessly takes charge in a group to foster a good team spirit and set the example of good behavior as a champion for continuous transformation and change management
