Marese Dijken is trained as a chemist and has worked at Shell more than 20 years, first as chemical engineer in technical expert roles, followed by managerial roles. Ten years ago Marese retrained and dedicated herself to the development of people, unleashing talents, leadership and empowering women in the workplace. Currently she works as a senior coach at SheConsult.
