With a background in Biotechnology, Business administration, a major in Change management and 15 years of experience in research, engineering and manufacturing in a GMP environment, I understand the challenges that may arise in organisations and am able to streamline communications and processes between them.

I made a clear choice to work in the pharmaceutical industry, and use my passion for technology and processes to contribute to the creation of potentially life-saving medicines. Throughout my career, I have sat on multiple Boards within the industry to connect people and gain and share knowledge.

I have a strong sense of social engagement. I enjoy traveling and learning about different cultures by immersing myself in them, a combination that led to my participation in volunteering projects all over the world. This way, I hope to make a small contribution to people's health and happiness in life.
