Experience and research show that women are less appreciated for important leadership qualities like agency and being target driven than men. Women who show these qualities often hear that they are ’too pushy’ or they 'lack social skills’. Or they simply miss out on promotions and high profile projects.
For women it is important - sad but true - to be likeable as wel as competent. In this workshop we dive into the art of balancing your leadership qualities and likeability.

About Liesbeth Tettero | SheConsult
Drs. Liesbeth Tettero is a communication and leadership specialist with a strong focus on female leadership and inclusiveness. Liesbeth has a background in strategic communication and politics. As a coach and a skills trainer at SheConsult she helps ambitious women to strengthen their leadership skills and build a fulfilling career, especially in organizations with a masculine culture or with strong office politics.
Her main focus: how can a woman show her strength without being judged as unsuitable for leadership because she is too dominant or unlikeable?
