About Kinga Matula
Dr. Eng. Kinga Matuła is the CEO and co-founder of QurieGen and a Venture Capital Analyst and Entrepreneur in Residence at Scope Discovery, where she helped establish two medtech startups, EDOCERA and Hybolic. A biotechnologist and doctor of physical chemistry with over 15 years of multidisciplinary research experience, she is a recognized innovator in single-cell multi-omics and AI-driven biotechnology.
Motivated by her personal journey as an oncology patient, Kinga is passionate about bridging scientific innovation with real patient impact, developing technologies that accelerate drug discovery and advance precision medicine. She also serves as a TopX Ambassador and Ambassador of “Waking Up Innovation” in Poland, promoting science-driven entrepreneurship and fostering a vibrant European innovation ecosystem.
Since her studies, Dr. Eng. Kinga Matuła has been recognized for excellence and leadership — from the Primus Inter Pares Award to international honors including FD50, Venture Challenge Winner, Global Xtreme Tech Challenge Winner, Women Tech EU Awardee, Women Leadership Program Awardee, and WomenToInvest Supernova.
