Katarina Putnik, PhD, joins her passion, knowledge, and drive for equity, diversity and inclusivity in her role as a senior HR diversity and inclusion policy advisor at Erasmus University Rotterdam, where she is working together with colleagues to develop processes, policy, trainings and instruments that contribute to making the organization inclusive. Prior to embarking on this role, she conducted research into this topic for more than 10 years. Her drive originates from the realization that the premise of equal opportunities for all of us in this life to reach our goals, and be accepted and valued for who we are, is not yet fulfilled.
