Evangelia Demerouti is a full professor and the Chief Diversity Officer at Eindhoven University of Technology, The Netherlands and Distinguished Professor at University of Johannesburg, South Africa. Her research interests include topics from the field of well-being and performance, including positive organizational behaviour, the Job Demands–Resources model, job crafting and work-family interface. She is associate editor of the Journal of Occupational Health Psychology and member of several editorial boards. She has published over 200 articles and book chapters.
