Intrapreneurship & Entrepreneurship

25 May 2022 | 15.00 - 17.30

Intrapreneurship is the acting like an entrepreneur within a company or organization. It is creating a new business within an organization. There are many reasons why intrapreneurship is important. It helps employees grow and develop while keeping them engaged. It challenges employees and gives them the feeling they are meaningful.

Entrepreneurship, on the other hand, is the creation of a completely new business, company, or organization, bearing in mind the financial risks. It is the willingness of starting a new business, and covers everything people do to take their career and dreams into a successful organization.

In this meeting, four speakers, who not only build up their own organization, but also experienced the advantages of intrapreneurship, will highlight this topic.
