Join us for an engaging and interactive networking and coaching session designed to explore the balance between catabolic and anabolic energy in leadership and stress management. The session will begin with a check-in exercise focusing on the head, heart, and gut brains to understand our current energy state. As our Leadership & Team Coaches Tanja van Dijk and Masja Sies-den Haan establish a group alliance, they will explain the difference between catabolic and anabolic energy, including their impact on our hormones. We will continue with a stress visualization experience where participants pair up for a hands-on activity to feel the impact of stress on the body. From there, we'll dive into the Energy Leadership Index (ELI) framework and how it links to our hormones.

With the participation of Carine Punt (CEO of BunyaVax), our coaches will also lead a discussion on catabolic and anabolic leadership by diving into Carine's ELI journey. An experiential exercise will be practiced to allow you to learn by experiencing, with the aim of equipping you with practical tools for stress management and personal development. We will conclude with a final check-out, reflecting on what we've learned and how it applies to our personal and professional growth.
