Martine has a very impressive track record in PM, AM, BD and significantly contributing to the journey Genmab has taken so far. With her mind set on where she would like to go, for Genmab, for herself, but also for others she mentors and guides, she achieved and is still achieving great things. 

As a mentee from Martine, I can only echo what her mentorship and guidance has been for my own career and personal development when I joined Genmab a few years ago. 

She sees and recognizes capabilities of others, understand how individuals and teams work, how all the content works, whether it is the business or the science, very influential and able to cheer and support others. The latter is in particular key in supporting and championing women, which she does a lot. In my opinion she embodies all of the elements of female to follow and I anticipate she will continue to be a great examples and mentor to many more women to come. 

As a senior leader in Genmab, Martine truly leads by example. She is visible, approachable, but also always provides a different perspective. She challenges the status quo and people's own opinions and assumptions (not just women). She makes time in her busy schedule to talk to her colleagues, no matter their role/level, which is highly appreciated. As a true 'power woman' she is very open to sharing her story, but she does not forget to also include the personal side to this.
