Who Should Attend?

This program is designed for young professionals transitioning from academia to the industry, incl. first-time founders of start-up companies with academic background.

For Mentees:

A TOPX Membership is required to participate in the mentorship program. We now offer a student membership fee of €175/year (excl. 21% VAT), which includes various benefits. For full membership details, visit our membership page.

How to Apply?

1. Go to the registration/application form and fill in your contact details.

2. Choose Your Role:

Potential Mentor: Guide and advise emerging professionals and share industry insights. If you are interested in this role, please submit your application before 1 September 2026.

Potential Mentee: Receive tailored guidance and mentorship for your transition from academia. If you are interested in being a mentee, please submit your application before 16 September 2026.

3. Submit Your Application:

Complete the application form by sharing your details, areas of expertise, and career interests.

4. Selection Process:

Our team will review all applications and select participants based on alignment and program goals.

5. Attend the Session:
Selected participants will receive confirmation and details for the event.

6. Ongoing Mentorship Meetings:
If a match is made between a mentor and mentee, you will meet four to six times between October 2026 and March 2027 to provide continuous support and guidance.

Note: Attendance on September 24th is mandatory for program entry.
