This session will begin with a personal 15-minute story from Cristianne Rijcken, who will share her journey and insights on the power of embracing and celebrating our achievements. Cristianne is is the founder of Cristal Therapeutics and serves as Chief Scientific Officer of the company. Besides, she tackles as mentor complex challenges at life science startups with demonstrated ability to articulate long term strategy and focus, propose organizational change, and deliver operational excellence.

Her story will set the stage for the interactive portion of the workshop, where Timi Csontos will take us through group discussions and exercises to increase your comfort and confidence in self-promotion.

During the #IAmRemarkable workshop, we will:

- reflect on our own limiting beliefs on self-promotion.
- share data and research regarding self-promotion and bias.
- go through the main exercise to help you identify and share your achievements.
- wrap up with discussion and take home exercises.
