Carlijn Janssen is currently working as CFO for FrieslandCampina Food & Beverages Americas & CFO Zijerveld. She is responsible for all finance activities (financial control, business control, tax, treasury) and functioning as the Business Partner for the Managing Director. Before FrieslandCampina Carlijn worked for Ahold Delhaize in various roles (a.o. as Finance Director Merchandising & Sourcing and Finance Director Supply Chain. Carlijn started her career at AkzoNobel after she studied Master of Science Economics of Markets Organization and Policy at the Erasmus University Rotterdam. Carlijn is an all-round highly energetic finance professional in supply, manufacturing & retail, worked and lived in different countries - proven track record in people management, business partnering and networking, digital savviness, driving transformations, managerial skills, and IT implementations.

FrieslandCampina supplies consumer products, such as milk, yogurt, cheese, infant nutrition and desserts, products for the professional market, such as cream and butter products, ingredients and semi-finished products for producers of infant nutrition, the food industry and the pharmaceutical sector.
