The landscape of drug discovery is rapidly evolving, with increasing demand for integrated, high-quality data across pharmacology, biology, and chemistry. CAS BioFinder is a newly launched platform designed to meet this need by extending the trusted data model of journals and patents from CAS SciFinder into a comprehensive pharmacology-focused environment. This presentation will introduce CAS BioFinder and demonstrate how it empowers medicinal chemists and target biology scientists with curated pharmacology data, ADME/Tox profiles, and connections to biological pathways and disease contexts. CAS BioFinder has a vast amount of data for small molecule therapeutics, but also covers data on biologics such as antibodies, antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), protein conjugates, and PROTACs.
