By agreeing to this policy, you also acknowledge that for the online event, recordings of the sessions will be made available afterwards. As an attendee to the online event, you will be able to ask questions which can be visible in the recording. Please note there is also an option to ask questions anonymously if you don't want to be mentioned in the recording.

Cancellation must be made by written notice to the organizer before the event date. The organisation will retain deposit or cancellation deductions (expressed as % fee of the participation costs) as outlined below.

- before February 25th, 2026: 25% cancellation fee
- between February 25th, 2026 and May 25th, 2026: 50% cancellation fee
- between May 25th, 2026 and September 7th, 2026: 75% cancellation fee
- after September 7th, 2026: 100% cancellation fee

 No refunds will be made after September 7th, 2026. The full conference fee will be charged in case of no-show on the day of the conference.

You can use our secure checkout pages for payment by credit card or debit card. The amount will be settled when you place your order and receive a confirmation.
