Since February 2020, I have been employed at Novo
Nordisk, working in the Early Talent Attraction department. In this role, my
primary responsibility is to attract top talent to Novo Nordisk on a global
scale by participating in career fairs, conducting webinars, and managing a
Talent Ambassador network. Early Talent Attraction is an integral part of the
Global HR function at Novo Nordisk, and my key objective is to enhance the
organization's reputation as an employer of choice by increasing awareness and
interest among potential candidates.
