Meagan Doppegieter has a background in Biomedical Sciences and holds a PhD on the biological mechanisms underlying laser therapy in psoriasis. She currently works in Research & Development at a dermatology-focused company, where she is involved in clinical research on new light- and laser-based treatments. Alongside her scientific training, she completed a certified coaching program and founded a coaching practice for early-career professionals in academia and industry. In her coaching work, she focuses on supporting individuals and teams within academic medical centers, with experience in settings such as Amsterdam UMC.
