TOPX Network dinner

The dinner is on September 22 in Oss at restaurant Avenue43. Meet TOPX attendees and speakers in an informal setting and enjoy great food and drinks.

Cancellation must be made by written notice to the organizer. The organisation will retain deposit or cancellation deductions (expressed as % fee of the participation costs) as outlined below.

  • before February 1st, 2022: 25%
  • between February 1st, 2022 and May 1st, 2022: 50%
  • between May 1st, 2022 and August 1st, 2022: 75%
  • after August 1st, 2022: 100%

No refunds will be made after 31 August 2022. The full conference fee will be charged in case of no-show on the day of the conference.

Terms and Conditions

Payment

You can pay the registration fee with iDeal or creditcard or you can pay by invoice. 
You will receive the invoice with payment details immediately after registration in the confirmation email. 
The invoice should be paid before the payment deadline. If the payment is not received within the given time 10% of the original invoice amount will be charged to cover statutory interest and administration costs. 

You can use our secure checkout pages for payment by credit card or debit card. The amount will be settled when you place your order and receive a confirmation.

Cancellation and refund 
All cancellations should be received in writing no later than 1 August 2022 in order for fees to be refunded. An administration fee of €50 (excl. VAT) will be deducted from the refunded registration fee. 
No refunds will be made after 1 August 2022. The full conference fee will be charged in case of no-show on the day of the conference. Replacement by a colleague is allowed.
