Lene Gerlach is a Venture Partner at the European life science venture capital fund Hadean Ventures, with more than 25 years of experience across research, innovation, company building, and venture capital. She has financed over 35 life science companies and brings extensive board experience as Chair and board member. Lene is the Founder and Chair of Women in Life Science Denmark (WiLD), a Nordic non-profit network for senior executives and experts in life sciences.
