Andrew Plank is the General Manager of Roche Nederland and a board member of the Association of Innovative Medicines (VIG). With over 24 years of experience that began as a finance intern within the company, Andrew has held diverse roles across the United States, Switzerland, and Canada and brings a global perspective to the Dutch life sciences and biotech sectors.

Throughout his career, Andrew has been a strong advocate for digital transformation and innovation in healthcare. During his tenure as President and General Manager of Roche Diagnostics Canada, he was a driving force behind the launch of the Roche AI Centre of Excellence, a major collaborative initiative focused on advancing digital health solutions. Andrew is dedicated to fostering strategic partnerships that leverage emerging technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence, to accelerate patient access to life-saving treatments and ensure a sustainable, future-proof healthcare system.

He holds an International Business Management degree from Butler University and an MBA from the University of Tennessee.
