Maarten Ligtenberg, PhD, is Founder-CEO of Immagene and has more than 10 years of experience in the immune-oncology field. He completed his doctoral degree at the Karolinska Institutet in the Kiessling lab. During his time as postdoctoral fellow in the Peeper lab at the Netherlands Cancer Institute, he has been instrumental in setting up a range of IO genetic screening platforms, which have successfully identified several exciting therapeutic targets. That work formed the basis of drug development at Immagene.
