Hologenomix is a Delft-based biotech building the extraction infrastructure for urine-based liquid biopsy. Our HFX platform isolates cell-free DNA from urine with high efficiency — giving diagnostic developers, researchers, and clinicians access to a sample type that has historically been too dilute to work with reliably. We validate the platform through our own clinical projects in prostate and bladder cancer, in partnership with the Radboudumc and NKI, but our core business is enabling others to build on top of it.
