Jelte Meulenaar |  Chief Operating Officer | CeraVx B.V.

Jelte Meulenaar, PharmD, PhD is Chief Operating Officer at CeraVx B.V., a biotechnology company developing next-generation microneedle delivery technologies for vaccines and therapeutics.

He is a pharmaceutical professional with more than 16 years of experience in drug development, regulatory strategy, and operational leadership across biotech start-ups and pharmaceutical companies. His expertise spans GMP manufacturing, Quality by Design (QbD), technology transfer, clinical development readiness, and external supply management.

Before joining CeraVx, Jelte led multidisciplinary programs in the development and scale-up of innovative therapeutics. He holds a PharmD from the University of Groningen and a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Utrecht University.

CeraVx B.V. is a biotechnology company developing a proprietary microneedle drug-delivery platform designed to improve the administration of vaccines and therapeutics. The company’s technology, CeraMap™, uses ceramic microneedle array patches to deliver drugs intradermally in a minimally invasive and potentially painless way.
