Health Innovations Netherlands (HI-NL)  and EXCITE International will give a detailed insight about  their comprehensive and multi stakeholder approach aiming to bridge the gaps on the innovator’s  pathway from Innovation idea to widescale Adoption and implementation, as well as between the two continents on both sides of the Atlantic Ocean. They will share their experiences, changes and challenges that unevitably may occur, how to accelerate the pathway from innovation to adoption and the collaboration between the U.S. & Europe.
