Aurelie Nowack is Senior Investment Manager at PMV since 2026. Prior to joining PMV, Aurelie was a Principal at V-Bio Ventures from 2022 to 2025. Prior to working in VC, Aurelie worked 10+ years at the intersection between industry and academia. She was responsible for Business Development at VIB, the Flemish Institute for Biotechnology for the centers of Microbiology and of Plant Systems Biology. Aurelie worked previously for BASF in innovation management and technology acquisition.

Aurelie has a scientific background, holding a PhD in Genetics from the Max Planck Institute of Plant Breeding Research and University of Cologne, Germany, an MSc in Biotechnology from Wageningen University in the Netherlands and a BSc in Biology from Imperial College, UK.
